  • Attorney

Ed grew up in the small Oklahoma Panhandle town of Hooker. After earning his degree in Chemical Engineering, Ed worked in the oil industry while attending law school. After several years at firms, Ed decided that he wanted to tackle the cases that interested him in his own way, and he started his own practice in 1997. Along the way, Ed became licensed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Attorney. Ed has secured many multi-million-dollar results in a wide range of cases from patent infringement, to oil royalties, to governmental misconduct, to over-billing of consumers. Ed has secured hundreds of patents, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property registrations for his clients and helped them negotiate deals to protect their intellectual property portfolios.

When Ed isn’t in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and his four children. On the weekends, you’ll likely find him working on the yard, splashing in the pool, or manning the grill.
