Client Spotlight: Mitch Gregory, The HR Group, and Highridge Consulting Services

At Ed White Law, we are honored to partner with entrepreneurial leaders who build strong companies and safer infrastructure. One of those leaders is Mitch Gregory, an executive at Highridge Consulting Services (Highridge Corrosion) and part of the leadership team within The HR Group—the parent platform that supports and scales a family of service divisions serving asset-integrity and related industries. The HR Group’s mission captures their approach well: Manage, Navigate, Build, Repeat.

The HR Group: A Platform for Performance

The HR Group provides a foundation of shared leadership, management, and operational excellence for each of its companies. Headquartered in Oklahoma, the organization offers centralized oversight in areas like HR, safety and compliance, accounting, business development, and technology—allowing each of its divisions to focus on what they do best: delivering specialized, high-quality services. Under its umbrella are companies such as Highridge Corrosion Services, which provides nationwide cathodic protection and corrosion prevention; TerraWorks, which focuses on asset-integrity and civil construction solutions; and MetriCorrUS, a leader in advanced remote monitoring systems for corrosion and cathodic protection across buried pipelines and onshore structures. Together, these entities create a unified platform built on integrity, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Meet Mitch Gregory

As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of Highridge Consulting Services, Mitch brings more than three decades of experience across accounting, financial planning, technology, and operations. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, he began his career in public accounting before joining PepsiCo as a financial planner. He later earned his MBA from the University of Tulsa and spent more than twenty years at Sonic Industries, where he ultimately served as Senior Vice President of Purchasing and Chief Information Officer, managing a purchasing budget of more than one billion dollars. Mitch’s career reflects an uncommon balance of financial discipline, strategic innovation, and operational leadership—all of which he now channels into strengthening The HR Group’s continued growth and influence.
