Ed White has more than a decade of legal experience and handles a wide range of complex litigation and intellectual property matters. Mr. White has handled multiple complex litigation matters in both state and federal court including patent infringement, oil and gas royalties, employment discrimination, and class actions. Mr. White is a registered patent attorney and represents clients in patent prosecution. Representative clients run the gamut from individuals to mid-size corporate clients such The Beard Company and Turnbow Trailers all the way to large corporate clients such as the Professional Bull Riders and OG&E.
Mr. White's class cases have included a certified case against a cellular phone company (Homburg v. Cellular One, Okla. County Dist. Ct); a certified case alleging unconstitutional bidding preferences (Kornhaas v. State of Oklahoma, Western District, $2 million and declaration that statute was unconstitutional); a class-wide settlement of a case alleging unconstitutional racial preferences (Condit v. State of Oklahoma, Western District, $3 million); a certified case alleging breach of contract (Vinson v. Oklahoma Transportation Authority, Okla. County Dist. Ct., $12 million); a settlement on the eve of the class certification hearing in a case alleging Consumer Protection Act violations (Grimes v. ISC, Okla. County Dist. Ct.).

Martin S. High, Ph.D.
Marty High brings over 25 years of engineering experience to the case as well as legal expertise. His credentials include a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in chemical engineering. He is also a licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Dr. High has practiced as a registered patent agent and a patent attorney since 2000.He has been involved in a complex litigation and intellectual property matters in both state and federal court, primarily in class actions involving oil and gas royalty disputes. He has published technical papers in a variety of engineering areas including thermodynamics, polymer science and catalysis. His extensive background as an engineer and researcher complements Mr. White’s experiences in engineering and litigation. Dr. High’s legal clients are diverse and primarily involve individuals and small start-up clients.
